IT'S THE END!

It was 24 hours of reading.
I made about 1.20h of breaks - meaning I've read about 22.40h of reading! I'm proud of myself.
I've read four books:

  • The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
  • Juliet, Naked by Nick Hornby
  • Dark-Hunter Companion, Sherrilyn Kenyon & Althea Kontis
  • Born of Ice, Sherrilyn Kenyon
totalizing 1576 pages!

God I'm proud of me.
I deserve another bag of Doritos.
I sure do.

And I finished Born of Ice right on time!

Now for the Meme:

1. Which hour was most daunting for you?
The first few hours of the morning. I'm a night person - a 'bat' - and after all that darkness goody my mom wake and the first thing she did was to open my window and let all the wind enter. I slowed down.

2. Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year?
Next year I'll probably try to read some non-fiction. Probably about music. I was going to read Kurt Cobain's Journals, but it hasn't arrived yet. But I'm quite a person to choose on the top of the moment.

3. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
No. The Read-a-Thon is excellently organized, all things considered. For real, it's probably one of the events with best organization on the blogosphere. Congrats.

4. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?
The interaction of everyone around the blogosphere.

5. How many books did you read?
Four!

6. What were the names of the books you read?
The Hunger Games; Juliet, Naked; Dark-Hunter Companion; Born of Ice

7. Which book did you enjoy most?
It would be a tie between Juliet and The Hunger Games.

8. Which did you enjoy least?
Dark-Hunter Companion. It was good, don't be fooled, but all those indexes got me tired. And the font was so tiny. But it got through and I now know some stuff I didn't knew before I took it on.

9. If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders?
Sorry, I didn't really do any cheerleading. I will try next year.

10. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time?
Very, very likely. Unless I have something very important that I can't dismiss in that weekend, you can count on me again. I will be a reader, of course, but I'll also try to be a part of the cheerleading team for at least a couple of hours.

Thanks so much Read-a-Thon organizers for this amazing event!!
